Drummers in action Nzinga Dance facilitate classes, workshops and residencies in African traditional dance,
Caribbean traditional dance,
Afro Street Jazz/Contemporary Dance,
African Drumming/Percussion,
Caribbean Drumming/Percussion,
African Singing,
Arts and Crafts
and Storytelling.

Classes, workshops & residencies take place in nurseries & pre-schools, primary & secondary schools, colleges, libraries & museums, and arts & community organisations/venues. Tuition for both adults and children from complete beginner through to advanced/professional level.

Classes are tailored as appropriate to suit students' ages, needs and ability. Tuition is structured and authentic, and we encourage students to enjoy expressing creativity to the best of their ability.

Private Drumming Lessons
ONE TO ONE tuition at your home or place of work, in the following drums:
Brekete, Djembe, Djun Djun, Gome, Kpanlogo, Odondo (talking drum)

(Student must have own drum for lessons)

Drum Care
Drum repair, tuning and skin replacement available

VISUAL ARTS
Arts & Crafts workshops include African Masks, Fabric Printing, Instruments, Dolls & Puppets, & many more. Nzinga also host Carnival Arts workshops (costume & accessory design/make)
